I finally uploaded the pics from Matilda’s party. As you can see, the theme was to eat cake, then jump on the beds. Mateo really enjoyed all the girls screaming.

Matilda turns 3 today! We celebrated with two small parties at home. Boy are we tired!

Matilda is starting to look less asian to me. What do you think? Here are a couple of pictures of her taken last night at the mall.

Matilda was a mouse for Halloween.

She marched in her school’s Halloween parade.

And we went trick or treating with the Vigoritos.

Halloween was too much for Matilda. She was scared of many of the costumes and decorations. She did learn a some cute Halloween songs however, and ate lots of candy!

Matilda now switches easily between very fluent Spanish and English… when she speaks. When she sings, she just makes it all up. Here is a excellent (10:30pm) performance of Matilda’s made up songs.

Matilda got her 8th stamp in her passport this month! She has been on an airplane 24 times total. This year, she got her own seat on the plane and thus was eligible to add miles to her own frequent flyer account!

Overall, we had a great time in Spain. Matilda and her grandparents came along on a business trip to Roa which was a 6 hour drive from Barcelona. She behaved really well and loved spending time alone with her abuelito and abuelita!
